The final Bristol Fighter series: completed as the factory intended
Bristol Cars is completing the final series of the Fighter, its front-mid-engined V10 supercar, on original unused chassis. The completed black car is available for sale; the remaining chassis are commissioned to individual specification, the Fighter T among them.
The Bristol Fighter was designed from first principles in the early 2000s: a front-mid-mounted 8.0-litre V10, a compact body shorter and narrower than the supercars it was measured against, an unusually complete view from the cabin and gull-wing doors that were part of the structure rather than a flourish. Production ended in 2011 with the programme unfinished and a number of chassis never completed.
Bristol Cars Group is completing that programme. Each car in the final series is a full new build on an original, unused Fighter chassis, finished to the factory’s drawings and to the standard the factory intended. The first, in black over tan, was unveiled in The Gallery at Salon Privé, Blenheim Palace, on 2 September 2026 and is available for sale.
The remaining chassis are commissioned one at a time, directly with the owner. The V10 is offered at 525 bhp as standard or 600 bhp, according to the block chosen. The Fighter T, twin-turbocharged, is offered at 1,012 bhp. Cars can be built in right- or left-hand drive and exported to the major markets, including the United States under the Show or Display exemption. Prices are on application. No further Fighters will be built after these.
